- Neutralization of Oncostatin M in TF‚1 human erythroleukemic cell line. Samples were incubated in Oncostatin M monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-23810). Recombinant Human Oncostatin M/OSM stimulates proliferation in the TF‚1 human erythroleukemic cell line in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Proliferation elicited by Recombinant Human Oncostatin M/OSM (2 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Human Oncostatin M/OSM Monoclonal Antibody. The ND50 is typically 0.5-2.0 µg/mL.
