Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with [NB500-205]. Note: theoretical molecular weight for Survivin is 16 kDa.

- Flow Cytometry: Survivin Antibody (60.11) - Unpurified [NB500-205] - An intracellular stain was performed on A549 cells with Survivin Antibody (60.11) - Unpurified [NB500-205] and a matched isotype control. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeablized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 1 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature, followed by mouse F(ab)2 IgG (H+L) APC-conjugated secondary antibody (F0101B, R&D Systems).
