Experimental details

Western blot analysis from lysates of mouse adipose (uterus) tissue and mouse brain (cortex) tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-mouse ASAM Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47919) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for ASAM at approximately 48 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

Experimental details
