- Western blot analysis of MIP-3 beta in conditioned media from monocyte-derived macrophages . Samples were incubated in MIP-3 beta polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-46940) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG secondary antibody. Untreated (-) or treated (+) with 1 μg/mL LPS and 40 ng/mL Recombinant Human IFN‚γ for 24 hours. A specific band was detected for CCL19/MIP‚3β at approximately 12 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

Samples were incubated in CCL19 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-46940) using a dilution of 50 µg/mL followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG at a dilution of 0.0763888888888889. This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230 kDa separation system.

- Neutralization of MIP-3 beta in BaF3 mouse pro‚B cell line transfected with human CCR7. Samples were incubated in MIP-3 beta polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-46940). Recombinant Human CCL19/MIP‚3β chemoattracts the BaF3 mouse pro‚B cell line transfected with human CCR7 in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). The amount of cells that migrated through to the lower chemotaxis chamber was measured by Resazurin. Chemotaxis elicited by Recombinant Human CCL19/MIP‚3β (50 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Human CCL19/MIP‚3β Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody. The ND50 is typically 2-10 µg/mL.
