- Western blot analysis of UBE2L6 in Lane A: Daudi Whole Cell Lysate (20 µg). Samples were probed using a UBE2L6 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-81104) at a 1:500 dilution, followed by a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L), Dylight 800 Secondary Antibody at a 1:10000 dilution. Western blot was performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size:18 kDa. Observed band size:17 kDa.
