- Detection of Human Thioredoxin-like 5/TRP14 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line, Jurkat acute T cell leukemia cell line, and HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human Thioredoxin-like 5/TRP14 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB3504) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for Thioredoxin-like 5/TRP14 at approximately 14 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 2.
