- IHC staining of anti-Parathyroid Hormone (PTH) antibody (Poly292470) on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded human parathyroid tissue. The tissue was incubated with the primary antibody for 20 minutes at room temperature at 1:1000 dilution. Antigen retrieval is not required. BioLegend’s Ultra Streptavidin (USA) HRP Detection Kit was used for detection, followed by counterstaining with hematoxylin.
