- Western blot analysis: HL60 cells were treated for different time periods with 10 ng/ml of anti-Fas mAb. Harvested cells were lysed and resolved by SDS-PAGE and transferred onto membrane. D4-GDI cleavage was detected by SM7020P.

- Flow Cytometry: HL60 cells were left untreated (Green) or treated with camptothecin to induce apoptosis (red). Cells were analyzed by intracellular flow cytometry using either the SM7020P or SM7021P D4-GDI antibodies (0.5 µg antibody/test/1 million cells) and Intracellular Staining Flow Assay Kit. A: SM7020P which recognizes only cleaved D4-GDI. B: SM7021P which recognizes both full-length and cleaved D4-GDI.
