- Detection of Human Daxx by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, Ramos human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line, MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line, and Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human Daxx Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF4548) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF017). A specific band was detected for Daxx at approximately 115 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted using Immunoblot Buffer Group 2.
