- Western blot analysis of CCDC6 expression in rat testis extract (lane 1) and MCF-7 whole cell lysates (lane 2). CCDC6 at 66KD was detected using rabbit anti- CCDC6 Antigen Affinity purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # PB10050) at 0.5 μg/mL. The blot was developed using chemiluminescence (ECL) method (Catalog # EK1002).
