- Western Blot analysis of GLP1R using a GLP1R Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-97790) at a concentration of 12 µg/mL. Lane 1: Mouse heart tissue. Lane 2: 293T whole cell lysate. A secondary Goat polyclonal antibody to rabbit IgG was applied at a 1:10,000 dilution. Observed band size: 54 kDa.

- Immunofluorescent analysis of GLP1R in 293T cells using a GLP1R polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-97790) at a dilution of 1:100. Alexa Fluor 488-congugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) secondary antibody was used.
