Intracellular flow cytometric analysis of IL-17A in human lymphocytes stimulated with PMA (5 ng/ml), Ionomycin (1 mM), and Brefeldin A (1X) for 5 hrs, using AM20346BT-N at 0.1 µg/10e6 cells. Green represents isotype control, red represents anti-IL-17A antibody. A streptavidin-PE secondary was used for this test.
