- Polyclonal
- Description
- PDZ and LIM domain protein 7, also known as, LIM mineralization protein (LMP) or Protein enigma, and encoded by the gene name(s), PDLIM7 or ENIGMA, may function as a scaffold on which the coordinated assembly of proteins can occur. PDLIM7 is localized to the cytoplasm and colocalizes with RET to the cell periphery and in some cytoskeletal components. Isoform 1 and isoform 2 are expressed ubiquitously, however, isoform 2 predominates in skeletal muscle, while isoform 1 is more abundant in lung, spleen, leukocytes and fetal liver.

- Storage
- Stable for 1 year at -20°C from date of receipt. Handling Recommendations: Upon receipt and prior to removing the cap, centrifuge the vial and gently mix the solution. Aliquot into microcentrifuge tubes and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles, which may damage IgG and affect product performance. Note: Variability in freezer temperatures below -20°C may cause glycerol containing solutions to become frozen during storage.
