- Immunofluorescence analysis of Frizzled-2 in U2OS cells using a Frizzled-2 monoclonal antibody (Product # PA5-18884) at 10 µg/mL for1hr. The cells were paraformaldehyde fixed and permeabilized with 0.15% Triton. Primary incubation was followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL) showing nuclear and cytoplasmic staining. Actin filaments were stained with phalloidin (red). Negative control: Unimmunized goat IgG (10 µg/mL)followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL).
