- Rex-1 in BG01V Human Stem Cells. Rex-1 was detected in immersion fixed BG01V human embryonic stem cells using 10 µg/mL Human Rex-1 Biotinylated Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # BAF3598) for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained with the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Streptavidin (red; Catalog # NL999) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
