- Western Blot: FOXL2 Antibody [NBP2-70013] - Total protein from K562 and human testis was separated on a 12% gel by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and blocked in 5% non-fat milk in TBST. The membrane was probed with 2.0 ug/mL anti-FOXL2 in 1% block buffer and detected with an anti-rabbit HRP secondary antibody using chemiluminescence.

- Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: FOXL2 Antibody [NBP2-70013] - Analysis of a FFPE tissue section of the human ovary using 1:200 dilution of FOXL2 antibody (NBP2-70013). The signal was developed using HRP-DAB method which followed counterstaining of the cells with hematoxylin. The antibody generated mainly a nuclear staining with weak cytoplasmic positivity.

- Flow Cytometry: FOXL2 Antibody [NBP2-70013] - An intracellular stain was performed on HeLa cells with NBP2-70013 and a matched isotype control. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeablized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 2.5 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature, followed by Rabbit IgG (H+L) Cross-Adsorbed Secondary Antibody, DyLight 550.
