- Western blot analysis of mouse brain extracts (50 ug) were resolved by SDS - PAGE , transferred to NC membrane and probed with YWHAE monoclonal antibody , clone 5A5 (1 : 1000) (Cat # MAB1125). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti - mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
