Experimental details

CCL20/MIP-3 alpha in Human PBMCs. CCL20/MIP-3 alpha was detected in immersion fixed human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) stimulated with LPS using Human CCL20/MIP-3 alpha Antigen Affinity purified Polyclonal Antibody at 10 ug/ml for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using NorthernLights 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (yellow) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).

CCL20/MIP3a i n Human Skin. CCL20/MIP3a was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human skin using Goat Anti-Human CCL20/MIP3a Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody at 15 ug/ml overnight at 4°C. Tissue was stained using Anti-Goat HRP-DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).
