- Western Blot staining of Rat brain lysate using Product # PA5-18581 at a concentration of 0.3 µg/mL, the primary antibody incubation was 1 hour and the detection method was chemiluminescence.

- Western blot was performed using Anti-SV2A Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-18581) and a 110 kDa band corresponding to SV2A was observed in U-2 OS, SH-SY5Y, NIH-3T3, and was also found to increase in PC-12 upon differentiation to neurons with NGF (50 ng/mL, 7 days) in comparison to undifferentiated PC-12. Whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of U-2 OS (Lane 1), SH-SY5Y (Lane 2), NIH-3T3 (Lane 3), PC-12 (undifferentiated) (Lane 4) and PC-12 differentiation to neurons with NGF (50 ng/mL, 7 days) (Lane 5) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE® 10 % Bis-Tris gel (Product # NP0302BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (0.5µg/mL) and detected by chemiluminescence Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 1:4000 dilution) using the iBright FL 1000 (Product # A32752). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using Novex® ECL Chemiluminescent Substrate Reagent Kit (Product # WP20005).
