- Western blot analysis of ALDH3A2 expression in rat liver extract (lane 1) and 22RV1 whole cell lysates (lane 2). ALDH3A2 at 55KD was detected using rabbit anti- ALDH3A2 Antigen Affinity purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # PB9982) at 0.5 μg/mL. The blot was developed using chemiluminescence (ECL) method (Catalog # EK1002).
