- Detection of Human MAP4K5 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of 293T human embryonic kidney cell line, HT1080 human fibrosarcoma cell line, and Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human MAP4K5 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF8007) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for MAP4K5 at approximately 95 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
