- Western blot analysis of PRCP was performed by loading Lane1: Jurkat cell lysate (50µg), Lane2: Human fetal liver tissue lysate (50µg) on to a 10% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a PRCP antibody (Product # PA5-49711) at a 1/200 dilution for 5 minutes, followed by Goat anti Rabbit IgG - H&L (HRP) at 1/10000 dilution.
