- Immunohistochemistry: paraffin embedded Mouse Hippocampus. (Steamed antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6) stained with ARG63144 anti-TRPM7 / LTRPC7 antibody at 4 µg/ml dilution followed by HRP-staining. Similar results were obtained after antigen retrieval at pH9.
