- Western blot was performed using Anti-EYA1 Rabbit Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # 703582 ) and a 64 kDa band corresponding to EYA1 was observed across cell lines tested. Modified Whole cell extract (1% SDS) (30 µg lysate) of HeLa (Lane 1), Hep G2 (Lane 2), Jurkat (Lane3), HT-29 (Lane4) and tissue extract of Mouse Brain were electrophoresed using Novex® NuPAGE™ 4-12% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0321BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (1:2000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 1:5000 dilution). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using Novex® ECL Chemiluminescent Substrate Reagent Kit (Product # WP20005).
