- Western blot was performed using Anti-ALOX15 Monoclonal Antibody (OTI7H6) (Product # MA5-25891) and a 70kDa band corresponding to Arachidonate 15-lipoxygenase was observed across Increased expression in Mouse Lung, Rat Lung and Rat Bone marrow compared to other tissues tested. Whole cell extracts (50 µg lysate) of Mouse Lung (Lane 1), Rat Lung (Lane 2), Rat Bone Marrow (Lane 3), Mouse Kidney (Lane 4), Mouse Brain (Lane 5), Mouse Testis (Lane 6), Rat Kidney (Lane 7), Rat Brain (Lane 8), Rat Testis (Lane 9) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 4-12% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0322BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23002) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (1:1000) and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A28177, 1:4000) using the iBright FL 1000 (Product # A32752). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using Novex® ECL Chemiluminescent Substrate Reagent Kit (Product # WP20005).Relative expression observed in lungs and bone marrow (high expressing tissues) versus other tissues tested.
