Immunoblot Analysis: Mouse embryonic fibroblast cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred tonitrocellulose and probed with anti-SNRK (1:1,000 dilution). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicates SNRK (~85kDa).
