- Western Blot: EML4 Antibody [NBP1-05973] - Whole cell lysate (5, 15 and 50 mcg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. NBP1-05973 used for WB at 0.04 mcg/ml (A) and 0.4 mcg/ml (B) and used for IP at 3 mcg/mg lysate. EML4 was also immunoprecipitated by NBP1-05974, which recognizes a downstream epitope.

Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-EML4 antibody NBP1-05973 (lot NBP1-05973-2) used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. EML4 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot NBP1-05973-1) and rabbit anti-EML4 antibody NBP1-05974. For blotting immunoprecipitated EML4, NBP1-05973 was used at 0.1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
