- Immunohistochemical analysis of CD268 (BAFF Receptor) in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human spleen. Samples were incubated with CD268 (BAFF Receptor) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-46904) using a dilution of 3 µg/mL for 1 hour at room temperature followed by Anti-Goat IgG VisUCyte™ HRP Polymer Antibody. Before incubation with the primary antibody, tissue was subjected to heat-induced epitope retrieval using Antigen Retrieval Reagent-Basic . Tissue was stained using DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to plasma membrane and cytoplasm.

- Flow cytometry of CD268 (BAFF Receptor) in Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). Samples were incubated in either (A) CD268 (BAFF Receptor) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-46904) or (B) Normal Goat IgG Control followed by APC-conjugated anti-goat secondary antibody.

- Neutralization antibody testing demonstrates the specificity of an antibody through a correlation between antibody binding and the activity of the target. Neutralization of human BAFF Receptor by is shown by increase in RFU (relative fluorescent units - measure of inhibition of BAFF activity) with increasing concentrations of CD268 (BAFF Receptor) polyclonal antibody (PA5-46904).

- Neutralization of CD268 (BAFF Receptor) in mouse B cells. Samples were incubated in CD268 (BAFF Receptor) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-46904). Recombinant Human BAFF R/TNFRSF13C Fc Chimera inhibits Recombinant Human BAFF/BLyS/TNFSF13B induced proliferation in mouse B cells in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Inhibition of Recombinant Human BAFF/BLyS/TNFSF13B (5 ng/mL) activity elicited by Recombinant Human BAFF R/TNFRSF13C Fc Chimera (0.3 µg/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Goat Anti-Human BAFF R/TNFRSF13C Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody. The ND50 is typically 0.1-1 µg/mL.
