- Western blot analysis from lysates of 293T human embryonic kidney cell line either transfected with human ADAMTS8, mock transfected (-), or transfected with an unrelated vector. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of human ADAMTS8 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47031) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for ADAMTS8 at approximately 80-85 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

- Immunohistochemical analysis of ADAMTS8 in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human brain (cerebellum). Samples were incubated in ADAMTS8 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47031) using a dilution of 3 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Before incubation with the primary antibody, tissue was subjected to heat-induced epitope retrieval using Antigen Retrieval Reagent-Basic . Tissue was stained using the Anti-Sheep HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to Purkinje neurons.
