- Detection of Human RalB by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of U937 human histiocytic lymphoma cell line and Y3-Ag rat myeloid cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL Rat Anti-Human RalB Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB3920) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF005). For additional reference, recombinant human RalA and RalB (10 ng/lane) were included. A specific band for RalB was detected at approximately 25 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
