- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): incubate antibody for 30 min RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10mM Tris with 1mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 min at 95 degrees C followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes.

- Western blot analysis of KCNMB2 in human cell line lysates with 15 µg of sample. The sample was blocked with 1.5% BSA, incubated with KCNMB2 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-27646) using a dilution of 1:1000 (2 hours at 4°C), followed by Sheep Anti-Mouse HRP (1 hour at RT).
