- Detection of FCRL2/FcRH2 in Human PBMCs by Flow Cytometry. Human peripheral blood monocytes (PBMC) were labeled with Mouse Anti-Human FCRL2/FcRH2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB2048) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG F(ab')2 Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0101B) and Human CD19 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB4867P). Quadrant markers were set based on control antibody staining (Catalog # MAB002).
