- Detection of Human Chitinase 3-like 1 by Simple WesternTM. Simple Western lane view shows lysates of THP-1 human acute monocytic leukemia cell line treated (+) with 50 ng/mL PMA for 72 hours, loaded at 0.2 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for Chitinase 3-like 1 at approximately 49 kDa (as indicated) using 10 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human Chitinase 3-like 1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF2599) followed by 1:50 dilution of HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230 kDa separation system.

- Detection of Human Chitinase 3-like 1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of THP-1 human acute monocytic leukemia cell line treated (+) with 50 ng/mL of PMA for 72 hours. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human Chitinase 3-like 1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF2599) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). A specific band was detected for Chitinase 3-like 1 at approximately 45 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8.

Chitinase 3-like 1 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human ovarian cancer using Goat Anti-Human Chitinase 3-like 1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF2599) at 15 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Before incubation with the primary antibody, tissue was subjected to heat-induced epitope retrieval using Antigen Retrieval Reagent-Basic (Catalog # CTS013).
