Western blot analysis of CD21 in Lane A: 293T Membrane Lysate (20 µg). Samples were probed using a CD21 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-80498) at a 1:500 dilution, followed by a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L), Dylight 800 Secondary Antibody at a 1:10000 dilution. Western blot was performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size:113 kDa. Observed band size:170 kDa.
