Immunoprecipitation: Cullin 3 Antibody [NB100-58787] - Detection of Human Cul3 by Western Blot of Immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Cul3 antibody NB100-58787 used for IP at 3 mcg/mg lysate. Cul3 was also immunoprecipitated by other rabbit anti-Cul3 antibodies NB100-58788 and NB100-58789, which recognize downstream epitopes. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
