- Western blot analysis of recombinant alpha - crystallin A (alphaA) and mouse eye (ME) extract were resolved by SDS - PAGE , transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with CRYAB monoclonal antibody , clone 2E8 (1 : 1000) (Cat # MAB1075) . Proteins were visualized using a goat anti - mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
