- Detection of Human DIDO1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line. Gels were loaded with 30 µg of whole cell lysate (WCL), 20 µg of cytoplasmic (Cyto), and 10 µg of nuclear (Nuc) extracts. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human DIDO1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6947) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for DIDO1 at approximately 280 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
