- FACS analysis of BOSC23 cells using BCI-3E7. BOSC23 cells were transiently transfected with an expres-sion vector encoding either c-Met (red curve) or an irrelevant protein (control transfectant: black curve). Binding of BCI-3E7 was detected with a PE-conjugated secondary antibody. A posi-tive signal was obtained only with c-Met transfected cells.
