Flow Cytometry: RHAMM/CD168 Antibody [NBP1-76538] - Human megakaryocytes. 47,000 CD41+ CD42+ human iPS-derived megakaryocytes [Moreau et al., 2016] were stained for 20 min at room temperature. Cells were then washed in 500 uL PBS/BSA/EDTA and viable DAPI cells were analysed using a Galios flow cytometer. Flow cytometry image submitted by a verified customer review.
