- Western blot analysis of cell lysates of Jurkat (40 ug) were resolved by SDS - PAGE , transferred to NC membrane and probed with IRF7 monoclonal antibody , clone 3D9 (1 : 1000) (Cat # MAB1120). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti - mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
