Experimental details

Total cell lysate from Ramos cells (lane 1), A431 cells (lane 2), or HeLa cells (lane 3) were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose, and probed with purified monoclonal anti-TCF3 (clone 8F2A12) antibody. Proteins were visualized using an anti-mouse-IgG secondary conjugated to HRP and chemiluminescence detection.
