- Western blot analysis of FAM3A was performed by loading (from left to right): Human fetal brain tissue lysates (50µg) on to a 12% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a FAM3A antibody (Product # PA5-50248) at a 1/200 dilution for 5 minutes, followed by a secondary antibody at 1/8000.
