Experimental details

H460 Human lung Carcinoma cells were fixed with 1% paraformaldehyde (PFA), then blocked for 30 minutes with 5% FBS at room temperature. Then the cells were stained with 1.25 µg/mL anti-human Cadherin 11 (clone 16G5) Alexa Fluor® 594 (red) overnight at 4°C. Nuclei were counterstained with DRAQ7 for 15 minutes (blue). The image was captured with a 40x objective.
