- Detection of Human and Mouse SR140 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, HEK293T human embryonic kidney cell line, Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line, and M1 mouse myeloid leukemia cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse SR140 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB9897) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for SR140 at approximately 140 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
