- Detection of Mouse ZIP4H/Tex11 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of 293T human embryonic kidney cell line either mock transfected, transfected with human ZIP4H, or transfected with mouse ZIP4H. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Mouse ZIP4H/Tex11 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5627) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). A specific band was detected for ZIP4H/Tex11 at approximately 110 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
