- Western blot analysis of AQP9 was performed by loading Lane 1-2: Hela and Jurkat cell lysates (40µg) on to a 6% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a AQP9 antibody (Product # PA5-51285) at a 1/400 dilution for 2 minutes, followed by Goat anti rabbit IgG at 1/8000 dilution.
