Western Blot: Irisin/FNDC5 Antibody [NBP2-59680] - Recombinant human Irisin protein was separated on a 4-20% gel by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and blocked in 5% non-fat milk in TBST. The membrane was probed with 1.0 ug/ml anti-Irisin/FNDC5 in block buffer and detected with an anti-rabbit HRP secondary antibody using chemiluminescence.

Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Irisin/FNDC5 Antibody [NBP2-59680] - IHC analysis of a formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human kidney tissue section (NBP1-78269) using 1:200 dilution of Irisin/FNDC5 antibody. The signal was developed with HRP-DAB detection and the sections were counterstained with hematoxylin. The antibody generated a membrane cytoplasmic staining in almost all of the cell types in the tested section.
