- Immunogen affinity purified. Detects mouse Serpin A6 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 25% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat Serpin A6 is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Serpin A1 and rhSerpin A5 is observed. In Western blots, less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human Serpin A4 is observed.

- Serpin A6 in Mouse Liver. Serpin A6 was detected in perfusion fixed frozen sections of mouse liver using Goat Anti-Mouse Serpin A6 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF4065) at 15 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Goat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS008) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).
