- Western Blot analysis of KHSRP using KHSRP Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-112326) at a dilution of 1:500. Lane A: 293T whole cell lysate, Lane B: HeLa whole cell lysate, Lane C: A673 whole cell lysate, Lane D: MCF7 whole cell lysate, (Lysates/proteins at 30 ?g per lane). The secondary antibody used was a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)/HRP at 1:10000 dilution. Developed using the ECL technique and performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 73 kDa. Observed band size: 75 kDa.
