- Western blot analysis of C7 in Positive control: Lane 1: HepG2 cell lysate, Lane 2: K562 cell lysate, Lane 3: HUVEC cell lysate. Samples were transferred to PVDF membrane, blocked with 5% BSA (1 hour), incubated with C7 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-34943), at a dilution of 1:500, followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG - HRP (1 hour) with a dilution of 1:5000.
